U4GM What to Do to Open Loot Cysts in Paradox Junction

People keep walking past the glowing wall sacs in Paradox Junction like they're just set dressing, then wonder why they're broke on round 18. They're Loot Cysts, and once you understand the little ritual behind them, they turn into a steady stream of clutch drops. If you're warming up runs or testing loadouts in a CoD BO7 Bot Lobby, it's the same deal: you can't just mag-dump the cyst and expect it to pay out. You've got to earn it by feeding it souls, and the map makes you work for the chance.

Unlocking the future side first
Before you even bother searching, you need the future timeline active, because cysts don't spawn in the clean, "normal" version of Nuketown. Early on, grab the truck keys from the body near the yellow house. Then ride out the first Rad-Hound round, which usually hits somewhere around rounds 5 to 7, and you'll get yanked across time. Use the keys to move the oil truck when you're prompted, then head back and deal with the temporal storm: find the four glowing weak points and shoot them out. Once the storm's gone, Pack-a-Punch opens and the whole future zone becomes safe to route through without feeling like you're fighting the map itself.

Finding cysts and actually "feeding" them
In the future, cysts stand out fast: that nasty yellow-green glow against the rubble is hard to miss. You'll tend to spot a couple toward the southern lanes and usually one lurking closer to the yellow house side. Here's the part people mess up. Don't pop it early. Instead, build a small herd, roughly 10 to 15 zombies, and drag them right up to the sac. Kill them tight to the cyst so their blue souls get pulled in. You'll see it happen, and the cyst starts pulsing quicker, like it's getting impatient. Keep the kills close. After enough souls, it bursts and spills loot onto the ground.

Loot odds, Blundergat progress, and staying alive
The drops are random, so don't plan your whole game around one cyst paying your bills. Still, it's often better value than burning points on wall buys: you can get a free Perk-a-Cola, higher-tier tacticals, or other survival gear that saves a run. The big chase item is the Blundergat barrel piece, and it can take a few cysts before it finally shows. With a squad, it's smoother: one player trains in a loop while the others take controlled shots right beside the cyst. Solo, pick a route with an escape lane, because those southern ruins love to pinch you when you stop moving.

Keeping the grind efficient
If you're trying to build momentum, treat cysts like mini-objectives: clear space, feed, grab, rotate, repeat. Don't get greedy with loot on the ground—reload first, check your exits, then scoop. And if you're looking to speed up the whole loop with upgrades or gear without wasting your night, a lot of players use U4gm to pick up game items and currency so they can focus on routing, timing, and actually learning the map instead of constantly scrambling for resources.
